This wine opens on the nose with notes of chamomile, crisp apple, lemon peel and brioche. It has a vibrancy on the palate that lends itself to having a second glass. Flavors of pear, quince and wet stone exhibit the full range of complexity we garner from our estate in the elevated Foss Valley.
