SAUVIGNON BLANC
Our Chilensis Sauvignon Blanc Reserva is a brilliant light greenish-yellow in color. The intense nose offers citrus aromas with a touch of asparagus. The palate presents medium volume with citrusy acidity and a very persistent finish. This Sauvignon Blanc’s pronounced acidity and mineral character make it an excellent option for an aperitif or to accompany appetizers or light dishes such as green salads, fish, and shellfish. Recommended serving temperature is 8ºC / 46ºF.
