Celebrating 25 years of Pampero, Aniversario is the pinnacle of El Maestro’s perfectionism and skill – a rum of exceptional colour, power and presence. It is a unique blend of the rums from special reserve of Pampero Rum which are matured for at least 4 years. A super-premium dark rum, it is blended only when each barrel is at its peak in flavour and quality. It is aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks which may have been used up to five times previously for aging whisky.
